First-time students will receive a 100% non-resident tuition waiver (NTW) for the first two semesters including Fall/Spring or Spring/Fall.
First year students must live on campus unless they are age 21 or older. In subsequent semesters, students may continue to receive the NTW if they maintain a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.0, maintain *full-time enrollment, and successfully complete 24 credit hours (undergraduates) or 18 credit hours (graduates) each award year.
After the 2nd semester, living on campus is not required.
There is no form to complete as ECU’s Financial Aid Office is will assess and award the NTW to eligible students each semester.
